Welcome to Apex Edit Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions..
1. Services
Apex Edit Labs provides video editing, post-production, and creative services including (but not limited to):
YouTube video editing
Short-form content editing
Podcast editing
Motion graphics and design
All services are subject to availability and agreement.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not:
Disrupt or damage the website
Engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to gain unauthorised access
3. Project Agreements
All client work is subject to a separate Client Service Agreement.
In the event of conflict, the signed contract takes precedence
4. Payments
Prices are agreed before work begins
A deposit (typically 50%) is required upfront
Final payment must be made before delivery of final files
Late payments may result in delays or additional charges
5. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions (defined in your agreement)
Additional revisions are chargeable
6. Turnaround Times
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness
Delays in receiving footage, feedback, or approvals may extend deadlines
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide all necessary assets and footage
- Ensure they own or have rights to all submitted materials
- Communicate feedback clearly and promptly
8. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment
Apex Edit Labs retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
If a project is cancelled, work completed will be billed accordingly
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss or corruption of client-provided data
Legal issues arising from client-supplied content
11. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive project details without consent.
12. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools (e.g., cloud storage, editing software). We are not responsible for outages or issues beyond our control.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
